PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The building is an existing house constructed in the 20th century and that served, at this period of time, as Residential. Now it is projected to the following: 

- Ground floor to be refurbished to serve as a Restaurant.

- First floor to be refurbished to serve as a Hotel.

PROJECT MISSION: Concept, Design and Control of the rehabilitation work including the preparation of the damage assessment report and all related execution drawings along with permanent supervision.
